So me and my partner wanna have sex, but she is on her period....so the only way she would be comfy with it would be in the shower...
Now I know water kills lubrication, so what would be the best way to keep water from killing it? I mean position wise? I thought maybe a standing position (but a little worried about slipping even though I have an anti slip mat) or her on top (but would ill her knees since the tub is hard)
So anyone have any advice, tips, etc on sex in the shower. Cuz we both want to but dont wanna be stumblin around trying to make it work (cuz sex isnt all that fun when it requires tooooo much work)

The water isn't going to kill the lube, because the water shouldn't be getting inside of her. Bending her over and taking her from behind would probably be the easiest. Or you could just put down a towel and use the bed.
When in the shower, we usually do it with her on top. To avoid her knees getting crammed, she places her feet up near my shoulders.
Unless your tub has a nice curve in the back already (where you lay your head), be sure to have some padding like a bath pillow or a towel, because it can get uncomfortable over time.
Little bit of menstrual fluid = extra lubrication. :-D
Should be alright really.
I've never had lube problems during period sex.
sex in the shower??? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmpffft...I like the HOT water on me all the time!! So there goes that idea!!...then I don't have to explain the "shrinkage" dilemna!! LOL

Yeah but it still washes it away.
I tend to do the option mentioned here... and I'll also maybe put my foot up on the edge of the tub... to get better support and access.
be careful with sex in the shower i still have the scar for when i did it. in all fairness i was a little bit too excited, had a bit too much to drink and fell out, hit my head on the sink. the things you get up to when your young hay.
I want to do it in the shower but have a feeling it won't work well.
Yea lol it's not all it's "imagined" to be.
I wouldn't think about laying down in the shower either lol... I would either drown or bust my head open LOL.
Plus,I clean my shower.. but I am still weary of the stuff down there!!!
We don't typically finish in the shower. It's just a fun little way to start things up. Then we go to bed.

Yea I agree :D
That will could be what me and my boyfriend will do before having sex like I mean on the bed, might want to take a nice shower get cleaned up and could also get things heating up.
I agree with the others... sex in the shower is not all it's cracked up to be. Making out, fondling, and handjobs/fingering all work well in the shower, but sex? Not so much. Of course, this may be complicated by the fact that I'm nearly a foot shorter than my bf and I'm afraid of putting too much pressure on the glass shower door. But still... Unless you have a shower you can lay down in, I think it's more trouble than it's worth, period or not. Sorry this isn't more helpful. Just if it were me, I would rather go down on my bf and get myself off.
As nice at it is in the shower/bathtub, there definitly are some drawbacks. Like when going down on her, I have to hold my breath because of the cascading water. If you have the tub filling up, every gyration is going to make an ever increasing sloshing wave, leading to a watery mess outside of the tub if you don't watch it. It's also easy to get overheated if the faucet is set warm already.
I will be laying downwith my wife on top, and after she clamaxes, it's kind of funny because she'll have a hard time standing back up (wobbly knees and all). It's not like in the bed where she can just roll off.
thats something my man wants to try but i had a issue on how i looked. but i wanna plz him and i know he would like it..how do i go about it?
read the advice put....
I agree, it's not as hot as in the movies. I usually start the foreplay there, then head to the bedroom. Big guys like me don't maneuver well in smaller, slippery spaces. I've got the body of a linebacker for the Rams, lol.
