Did you know there is a Texas here in Australia? There is a town in Queensland called Texas. And the age of consent in this country is 18, by the way.

If both under the age of 18 it isn't illegal or legal - it is more of 'don't want to know'. So don't worry about that and do whatever feels acceptable at the time to the girl in question.

Just because a girl likes you does not mean she wants to have sex w/you. Maybe ask her out to a movie and see if you both like each other.

Okay a million little red flags stick up from this one.

#1- At age 13, you aren't even fully sexually developed! Sex will be pretty awful if you try it now. (Like trying to do a wheelie while you're in a stroller!)
#2- If you don't know how to use a condom, you shouldn't be doing something that requires you to use one.
#3- If you're ashamed of possessing a condom, you definitely aren't ready for the responsibility of sex.
#4- It doesn't matter what the age of consent is in Texas, what matters is that no matter how old you are, if you engage in sexual activity you are saying that you accept the risk and would be willing to become a parent.
#5- Just because you wannadoitwithher does not mean that she wants you to do it with you. It's messed up that you're planning you're sex life when you're not even in a position to pursue it. Relax, buddy, maybe once you get out of seventh grade you'll be mature enough not to make countless people on the internet cringe because of what you're saying.

Just wait a while and you'll be glad that you did. Contrary to popular belief, sex isn't something to be taken lightly. If you're just looking for empty sex, wait a few years and go to Vegas where I'm sure that plenty of women would be willing to have meaningless relations with you. They're called prostitutes and they'd probably bring their own condoms.

Think about what you're suggesting and take this advice. A lot of guys your age think about sex, but most of them deal with it in a way that's natural and less likely to turn them into a teenage parent. It's called masturbation and I am sure that it would do what you want to accomplish just as well.

Trouble with the law? Perhaps. Trouble with the girl's parents? I think you haven't a clue as to how much trouble the two of you can have with them. This should be your second concern. Your first should be respect for them and for your friend's wellbeing.

Mother Nature plays a trick on us. On the one hand she gives us the capability to reproduce and enjoy adult behavior while on the other, taking her time developing the emotional maturity necessary to deal with the physical behavior. So, while you have pure testosterone flowing around in your veins and your hormones are raging, and you may have feelings for your friend, you are in no way mentally mature enough to handle the physical aspects of what you hope to do.

As far as I know, condoms are available off the shelf of any drugstore in the nation, and probably in Texas, also.

Condoms generally are available in S/M/&L.

Each of you has the responsibility of looking out for Number One--you. You must use a condom and she must use some form of highly reliable form of contraception. And, there are two more things. At your ages, a girl is far more likely to become pregnant even when using two methods of birth control. I would not recommend using only a condom. You must understand that you will be playing the biological equivelent of Russian Roulette, except that the "gun" in this case is a single barrel cannon loaded with live ammo that will come out and likely change your two lives forever.

Given these three options: yes. Given the entire scenario, I wouldn't be doing anything with her that involved having her expose herself until the two of you are much older--unless all you want to do is to satisfy a natural childhood curiosity and see what the other person looks like.

Here is another very important and critical reason for not having sex: While she is capable of conceiving a child, should this happen, at her age her body is simply not ready. She has much more physical development to undergo before she is safely ready. You just have to assume a worst case scenario here that is that she will become pregnant if you two have sex at this point of your development into adulthood.

In Western societies the accepted practice for determining a woman's virginity is her word. This is because western women tend to be more active physically and the hymen can tear from these activities and/or erode from other things. In some Middle Eastern societies a woman must undergo a physical inspection by a family or community elder. If it is found that her hymen is not intact for whatever the reason, she is most likely shunned by the family and community and not able to marry, no explanations accepted.

This sounds like you are much more interested in getting your rocks off than in developing a relationship with someone in which sex becomes an expression of the love you have for each other.

Guys can have sex and an orgasm simply for the pure joy of it. Not so the typical woman. Their emotional and physical makeup makes having an emotional tie with a partner much more critical to having an orgasm.
