I'm not sure, I don't think so sex in water isn't dangerous. The chlorine might be harmful to the woman though, being pushed up into her. At very least I think it would be very irritating/painful =(

I know as a woman I wouldn't want chemically treated water forced inside of my body!

Chlorine has a drying effect but if the water is correctly maintained chemically there should be no trouble.
