Me and my girlfriend have tried to have sex several times, but it always ends up hurting her alot, and getting no way. i understand that its suppost to hurt for the first time, but its becoming a problem that i cant get in her. we need some help to increase her opening, or something of that extent.

I wonder, ok there is this lube stuff that heats up when you apply it.. i wonder if that would help?? cause the heat always helps

If you poke (pun intended) around this topic a bit you'll find a number of threads covering this question. My personal bias is that much of this sort of difficulty can be simply a matter of trying too soon and trying too hard.
You both need to be ready physically, mentally, and emotionally.
