I'm hardly an expert but I'll contribute...

There's always tying her up/you getting tied up and blindfolded, and using different textures and temperatures on the naked body. (velvet, ice, etc.)

To get more elaborate - I saw a similar "system" elsewhere - I have a thing for stockings, and we set up a system where white = innocent/submissive, red = slutty, and black = dominant/experienced.
