Once my longtime girlfriend and I started having sex, I started noticing that I was losing weight. After a few months, I had lost 10-15 lbs. and she had even lost almost ten. I think that this is great, because not only is sex emotionally healthy for us, but it is also physically healthy. I was just wondering whether anyone else had experienced similar results.
Why go on a diet when you can eat fairly well and bond with someone you love? :o


There was a book written & featured on Oprah about the topic...not that I watch Oprah but her transformation & his 15 lb weight loss was remarkable.
OK, but my guess is there was something more changing than simply adding sex to the lifestyle. There could be a subconscious increase in body awareness that has both eating and living a bit more healthfully. Sex simply does not burn that many more calories. On the other hand, if it takes up the time for a late night snack, there is the weight loss.
What I watched they began having more sex, diet changed, exercise entered and sex went on regularly as a "lifestyle" change. They both became aware...
Like I tell everyone: don't eat and **** like crazy!

Since my boyfriend and I have started having sex we've lost weight and got a more toned, defined shape to our bodies. And we've gotten soo much closer through sex too. Its a win win situation! I love it :D

Getting sex is NOT a problem.
You just have to know where and how to hunt.
I doubt that sex alone will do the trick. My wife and I have sex frequently, but it doesn't change our weight.....
You have to not eat as well, Engage. Remember your outgo has to exceed your input.

Yeap, and for her intake....expect it to go up with NO weight loss...lot's of "belly growth" LOL.
I am going to search the web in some spare time & see if I can locate the book on "the sex diet"...they did it as a couple, she did awesome, her main thrust for loosing weight was obviously diet change, home exercise & strengthening, and daily sex episodes when they got home from work, she always did all the work. She had the calories counted to a "T", LOL! The food prep was done as a couple and erotic too.
