will the sensitivity in my head ever go down???

it is so senstivie that even when it is soft it hurts to touch it.
i know its because i am uncircumsized but my guy friends that i talk to and stuff dont have this prob and there not circumsized eather.... i dun get it. if it will go away or go down then plz tell me or is there sumthin i can do to make it go down a little??
im still a kid so i wanna know if ill have this forever.
