Scared.. is she pregnant?

Im scared a little, because Im not sure if my girlfriend is pregnant. Its been awhile sinse she has had her period, but thats not wierd, because she usually has it around this time. But the reason why Im worried, is because she usually has it on the 9th. Could the 28 days in February effect her cycle? Im not really sure what to think right now because Im so worried. And yes we did use a condom, but things arent always perfect.

Leaving on that note, I have another question. How long can semen last on a bed cover/clothing or the like? Also, if there was some on the bed, and shes sort of close to it, not on, can she get pregnant from that? Can semen transfer from bed to clothes, not if they were touching, but if they were close?

Also, this may seem trivial, but I was wondering if a little bit of semen got into her, a very small bit, would she become pregnant still? I think so, because it still is in her.

Anyways, thanks for the help!

well i cant be much help with the other stuff - you might want to wait fomr someone more experienced

but it is possible (even if unlikely still very possible) to get pregnant from ANY amount of semen if the 'swimmers' are working correctly

Meh im having same problem, condom split while i was inside of her, did't cum so to speak so im in the ****s to :(
but hopefully my situation is worse than urs so it might cheer u up a tad :P

how bout buying a few EPT's at ur local walgreens/CVS/whatever drugstore you have

Ahh, thanks all...Im still worried, because its more in-depth then just pregnancy...anyways...can someone help me with the cycle?

how old is she? how long has she had her period?

Um...shes 16...and the second one I dont know to be honest...but anyways, Im greatful for help :)

well it's still possible - unless it has come on the 9th for every month for the past 2 year (the AVERAGE time it takes for a period to become regular) - that she could be unusual.

i know i've missed 3 months in a row before

the february thing might have an effect on the date but she shouldn't be off by more than a couple days

and like i said before - if in doubt but a test

Thanks...and no it hasnt been that for 2 years, I do know that. It was on the 27th before this...me and her are both praying...otherwise...yeh...more issues then an abortion...

Did you mean you could miss 3 months of a period?

First younger women are known to be irregular in the cycle, early a few times and late at other times. If he cycle always begins on the 9th, then she probably has a 29 or 30 day cycle (assuming she is regular). If her cycle is every 28 days then you will notice it will come earlier by one-two days about every month. Since February is a shorter month, less days in it, and if she has a 30 day cycle then it should fall around the 12th of the month, plus or minus a day or two. It all depends on the cycle duration, how many days in the month and if she is regular.

More importantly, why are you playing "Russian-Roulette"? This is not an exact science since there are so many variables, but she should be able to detect if it's going to happen if she has any premenstrual symptoms. Many women complain about bloating, headache, fatigue, tender breasts, irritability, and even mild backaches.

If it's still in question go buy a preg. test and it should show positive by now. For future reference, get her to see a doctor for either the BCP or "the ring", if she does not want to see a doctor for contraceptive purposes look at the VCF's or another form of spermicide and use condoms. Condoms are the barrier for STD's & help as back up to her using a birth control method too. You all are entirely too young to be worrying about kids right now or an unwanted pregnancy.

We always use a condom when having sex. Why do I worry? Because there are always slight chances something will go wrong. And thanks again for all the help, it is really appreciative, because right now Im stressing.

Stressing right now will not change it, in the future use a second method such as BCP's or Vaginal Contraceptive Films (VCF) they are available over the counter. Preferred second methods are BCP's. February was a short month in the amount of days; therefore, it should be happening today/tomorrow. Get a preg. test over the counter if you both are concerned, also have her keep track of her cycle on a calender.

I know stressing wont change anything, but I dont think anything bad will happend...sorta...she knows when she has it or around then. She wont take a test, nor do I want her to, because then if its positive then its bad, and Id rather wait it out...I guess...but its scary thinking about the test being positive.

But you need to know if it's positive, ignoring it will not change the indicator on the stick. But it will give you an answer to find a direction. I would not sweat it right now, give it a day or two. Stress can also make her cycle be off more. The test provides a more definative answer. Just trying to outline some options, if it's negative you have your answer.

Thats true...but Im not nearly experienced as most people here...Im just trying to live my life with my gf...but its hard enough...but I dunno...I think itll be okay, because she has a few cravings for things so that sometimes indicates its going to happend...but thank you, so very much for the help!

You are welcome :)
