Any STD that can be contracted genitally, can also be transmitted orally. Dental dams. available at most pharmacies, are the best protection when performing cunnilingus. The dental dam is a latex, usually, sheet about 10x10 cm. It can be placed over the woman's genitals while you stimulate her orally. Not a perfect solution, but the best thing available.
