The only thing I can think of if you are both standing, swing your legs around his hips and have him support your weight keeping your arms around his neck. The chair is difficult, I have the opposite I am 5'10" so I wind up too high. The couch works okay because you are basically in his lap and he can slide down the cushions a bit. Other then keeping the high heels on, not too many other ways.
If he is flat and you are on top of him, why is height a problem?
The only benefit that I see to platform shoes would be to add to the excitement of your boyfriend. (many men have a shoe fetish)
