What exactly do you want? It's kind of hard to think of anything that would really work for a guy besides anal toys. Something that goes around your penis doesn't seem like it would really be able to do anything besides vibrate...I dunno!

I looked some more and I don't think there is anything like what you are looking for. The closest thing would be a masturbator that has a controller on it.
