I've had sex about 7 times now with my first gf
The problem is that after ejaculation it takes me around 4-5 hours inorder for me to erect again.Im 21 years old so age isn't a problem.
I just don't know why it's taking so slow.Although my girlfriend says she isn't disapointed I can feel that she is.
How come my refactory period which is the time after ejaculation for me to become stimulate again takes so long?
What can be done to minimize this period?

There's no such thing as a "normal" refractory period - it varies between individuals, and in any given individual, it will vary from time to time.
I don't own a (live) penis, so I don't know if there's anything you can do to to modify the time or not.
I'm just curious what the two of you are doing between the original "explosion" and four-five hours later? Is she actively doing things that would cause an erection after twenty minutes or so?
If you are waiting for a spontaneous erection to magically appear and not actively doing what it takes (you) to become erect then you need to become "proactive".
