im seeing somebody and the last 3 times we've had sex, about 2 days later, i get a few red itchy spots. the first time i had a couple on my ankle and my inner thigh. the second time i had them on my neck and shoulders. and then now i have them closer to my groin area and inner thigh again.
they show up a day or 2 after sex, and then they will disappear about 3 days later. and they're not painfully itchy or anything, and they are small, like little minor bug bites or something.
i looked up crabs but i dont think it sounds anything like that...

red itchy spots after sex..

Id say rugburn if you had it on your shoulders...cuz lets face it sometimes you get outta control :D but are they under the skin (similar to broken blood vessels, or the begging of a hickey) or are they red bumps like bug bites. Im sure it will help the other people give you advice.
No way this can be diagnosed online. Sounds mostly like an allergic reaction - perhaps to latex, perhaps to semen, perhaps to other chemicals in the area (spermicides, soap you use, lots of stuff).
It seems strange that the area changes so much...ankles...neck...then thighs
You could be allergic to something HE uses. If it's not the condoms or spermicide or anything like that, think his deodorant, hair products, skin products, etc. Is there anything that you know you are allergic to? Think about what you did during sex and what parts touched where - especially in those odd areas like your ankles and shoulders. I once got a small rash with an ex-BF, and I was able to narrow it down to a reaction I had to some kind of face cream he was using from his dermatologist. Anywhere his face touched me (pretty much whereever you kiss), I'd break out with the rash.
