This is quite embarrassing as no one wants to admit that they're on the larger side, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for any kind of toys a larger person might find more comfortable than 'normal' size people do.
The biggest problem I have is the inability to reach anything lower than my clitoris. *damn short arms and large belly*
I'd really like a recommendation for a toy that is penetrative but won't be uncomfortable and have to contort my body at weird angles to get it in and that won't tire my arm out.

The most unhealthy weight for a woman to carry is on her belly. Maybe time to talk to your doctor about a way to reduce that a bit and reduce the load on your heart.
There are ways to construt a toy that you lower yourself onto but I have never tried it. Try a search on something like "powered dildo" or similar.
