agreed. good advice sera... the stroking/playing with the hair is a good starter... as for your other arm depending where she is laying you could be groping her breasts or stroking her arm or what not..

depends on 2 things actually... depends on the guy and the mood he is in (more horny so to speak the easier/faster it will be to climax... less horny etc etc then the longer it will take and be less enjoyable)
