Well, long story short: my mom knows I've had sex with my girlfriend, but her parents don't know...though, she had spent the night at my house one night since she had snuck over and I'm sure they will think that is something that happened...if they found out, I'd be castrated....my question is: can a gyno or any type of doctor tell if the girl has had sex already? I know that maybe if the hymen broke, though, I've heard girls can do that just by using a tampon, or fingering themselves, etc...thank you

Really urgent piece of information i need

The hymen can break for many reasons; exercise, tampons, masturbation, etc. A intact hymen is only indicative of virginity in children, not teens.
No, a doctor cannot tell if she had sex through an exam. Unless she has semen on her and the doctor tests using a "slit lamp" (a special light which illuminates semen).
I do many "initial" exams on young women. The absence of a hymen does not mean a thing. The presence of the hymen is pretty good evidence she is a virgin but nothing can be inferred from its' absence.
