You lose an erection after ejaculation because for the last however long its been since you got hard, your body has been keeping a lot of blood supplied to your penis to keep it hard. That combined with the other energy expended means your body usually needs time to recover. You don't *have* to wait 15 min before going at it again, nodoubt is just saying that you should take some time and please the lady. Like I said, the older you get the longer you'll need to recover. Being 19, I can usually start to get hard again in under a minute if I want to....

The hormones.. no, they won't go back up naturally, I don't see why you'd want them to? Do you like having a hardon every time you see a woman? Well whatever, but I think that has little to do with impotence. If you're worried about that then stay in shape.

Orgasm without being hard... well, I've had times when I wasn't really "hard" like usually but masturbated to ejaculation anyway.. guess that may be what he means. most guys lose their erection after they ejaculate and need some "recovery" time until they can get another one.
the recovery time is different for all guys and usually depends on age...the younger you are the quicker the down time.

as far as getting excited as easily...that all depends. when you are young and going through puberty, hormones are raging and even a gust of wind can cause an erection.
some guys find when they become sexually active w/ girls its sometimes harder to get and keep an erection due to nervousness and that usually goes away w/ practice and experience in becoming comfortable in those situations.

w/ the question about the orgasm and cumming. im pretty sure they come hand in hand. me not being a guy tho im not 100% but im pretty sure you must ejaculate to have an orgasm or vice versa.
i dont think you can compare yourself to a guy who has had a sex operation and the functions still be the same.
