I can tell you from experience that a girl definitely likes to know that thinking about her is enough to give you an involuntary erection. I have random erections aswell, sometimes not even anything sexual (least not that i'm aware of). I'm not sure, maybe it's because your very sexually active or something. But yeah i understand that it's embarrasing, and as Dancing Doc says i just straighten it out by pointing it against my stomach, it's least noticeable then.
