Well how long are we talking? 10 minutes? 30 seconds? 30-45 minutes is actually a very long time to last, and I think your girlfriend is being really unfair expecting you to measure up to that. - talk to your doctor
- see a sexual therapist
- try the stop-start technique
- practice lasting longer with masturbation

dude, if she's saying stuff like that to you I'd tell her to go **** herself and get the **** out of there. Honestly thats really bad for a man to hear, I've gone through it. I'm not a cocky person by any means but I DO know that a man has to have confidence in himself in order to perform better. my Xgf said stuff like that and probably worse and it really messed me up in the head.
