I have the same problem (?) maybe, during sex or masturbation I also release a fluid that is not the same as what I'm used to. It's very thin and squirts all over the place, but I don't believe it is pee. I have looked and smelled and has no oder or color to it. It is mostly when I'm standing or kneeling when this happens. As and412 says it sounds like female ejaculation which if it is there is definitly nothing wrong with that its very difficult for most girls im currently trying to but as soon as i feel like that i stop cos im scared but i know i just need to relax and let it happen cos although it does feel like you need a wee its only because it comes from the urethra(same place as your wee) so although it feels like you will wee, it wont be the same. My wife is the same. She ejaculates. Sometimes it does have an odor but not usually. It isn't just during fingering that you can expect this to happen. If you doubt that it was an orgasm, it probably wasn't. From what I've experienced and heard from my friends, there's a lot of euphoric sensation following an orgasm that can't be mistaken for anything else.

It's one of those things you can just tell and if your partner knows you well enough, they can tell too. Funniest thing for me is that I can't even lie when I've had one like two minutes in because my fiance just knows from my change in behavior no matter how I try to keep it on the DL. Don't stress about it. Studies show that very few women experience orgasm on a regular basis but I think most of them on this site are sexually extroverted enough to know what they are talking about.
