You could always speak to your doctor about it. Tell him what your problem is and ask what would be best but remember to tell him that you do in fact like the fact that you are uncut.
And I wouldn't see why it would really affect your sex life.
Partial circumcision doesn't remove all the skin, just some, so the head of the penis is still covered for the most part and you won't really be losing any sensitivity.

I think, gradually, over time it will get better for you.
I think after a while, some uncircumcised men can train their foreskin to do things that allows them to go deeper and what not. Some can even train their foreskin to stay back so it looks like they're circumcised.
But if the access skin is just too much, you can always get a partial circumcision. You're not fully circumcised but some (not all) of that access skin that hangs over will be snipped off.
