Pulling out is a method in which the male would not wear a condom, have sex with his girl, and pull out before he comes inside her. This can be a method of safe sex, but as others will tell you it is almost completely unreliable as the chances of pregnancy occurring are close to, if not over, 80%.

Also, all men release a substance called pre-cum during sex, and this contains semen as well so it can also get your girl pregnant. I suggest you wear a condom, there are different types for comfort, or make sure she is on reliable birth control if you insist on having sex without a condom.
