Problem with tight foreskin and frenulum

I have a few problem with my foreskin and frenulum -

I'm able to get the foreskin over the head of the penis now but I experience occasional discomfort. I think most of the problem lies within the frenulum.

Embarassingly, I never even knew my foreskin could stretch over the head of the penis till recently. When I masterbate I've always kept the skin over the head.

Twice during unprotected sex my penis began bleeding. I think due to a slight tearing of the frenulum.

When I have sex I use a condom to avoid tearing my frenulum again ... however I've never been able to orgasam during intercourse, or even while getting head.

I haven't ever been able to orgasm by any other method than masterbation and its beginning to really frustrate me.

You need to see your doctor. This is NOT uncommon, and they can do a very simple procedure to remedy this!

Don't be embarassed, this happens to many men who are uncircumsized!

You do NOT want to have bleeding during unprotected sex (you hsoudn't be having unprotected sex either, but you know that)......blood and semen are the fastest ways to get STD's and the HIV virus..so this is not something you want to hold off on!

I assume the reason you can't cum is because your penis starts to hurt, so you have to stop. In essence, you have to stretch your foreskin down. Doing this while masturbating is the easiest way, just pull the foreskin down(be gentle) and masturbate by pulling it as far as comfortable. Doing this often should help stretch it out to the point where it won't bleed anymore.
