The nerves in the head of a circumsized penis are not as sensitive as those in a natural penis. Why? Because the exposed nerves have had a lifetime of contact with air and skin and clothing that over time desensitize them. Each person has a tolerence for what he can or cannot stand. Some cannot stand (sit or lie) to have the Glans touched directly. Some can and to one degree or another. Many over the years can build up more of a tolerence the more their Glans is exposed.
