I just started having sex with my girlfriend recently and i didnt use a condom. I pulled out before i came. I know i know that doesnt always work. Her period is now ten days late. Im really worried. She just recently got on steroids for medical purposes, but shes been off them for a week. Would that make any difference? Thank you in advance of any help.

No steroids will not change her menstrual cycle. Stress can & younger women can be notoriously erratic. Weight changes can also affect the onset of a cycle but it's more often seen with weight loss. Steroids cause weight gain & bloating as a side effect.
Get a Home Preg test and do it. The withdrawal method results in ~20 women out of 100 becoming pregnant during the first year. Pre-ejaculate contains sperm, it only takes one. But also keep in mind illness causes stress on the body and worry can make her late as well. There is no true answer other then do the test. And do not do something like this again unless you want to be called "pops".
Ten days late is not good news but is not automatic disaster. She should really discuss her options with her doctor or a woman's health clinic. ASAP!
