i get pre cum and the condom becomes loose. however, when i put the thing on it is pretty tight and secure. so the problem is not that the condom is too big because i have trouble putting it on, because it is so tight. but once i get horny or in the mood, juices begin flowing and it feels like the the condom is going to slide right off? any answers or suggestions, thanks

precum-condom slipage?
Condom slipage has happened to me on 3 occassions in the past year. Don't know how many times I've had sex but it's not really caused by precum I use condoms with spermicide in them and my girl has a very tight vagina. When she cums she sometimes pulls it off. 2 out of three times she was on top the other doggie style. It worries me each time because the condom goes up in her a little. But she is on the pill and we use Encare vaginal supositories. She has yet to get pregnant but I feel your pain man. Just try to make sure you are putting the condom on right and if your sex partner is tight and has strong muscle contractions during orgasam be careful not to let her suck it off you. I'd suggest you have her take the pill and use a vaginal spermicide to be on the safe side. You can never be to safe with sex.
As long as there is no lube or precum around the base of your penis (where the elastice in the condom holds to your penis), it's simply your mind playing tricks on you.
Precum will not cause a condom to slip off. Only if you lose your erection to the point where the condom becomse lose.
If it starts to feel loose, put on a new one.
