The technique is called "artistic license". Guys are guys even if they happen to be well endowed. The first ejaculation of the day is the strongest, each subsequent one up to your personal limit will be less so and also more difficult to trigger.

Thanks to my unquestioned querry. I also always used to think how some male ejaculates so much cum that it drains from their partners body after the job is over.
