The first time I inserted my Hard stuff (not sperm) into my gf there was a pop sound and we both felt it. Has anyone one had this happen too. What was it?? It only happened once.

you put your stuff u mean sperm, semen, cum? if so then i hope that you two knew what u were doing and did not want any unplanned children (she was on the pill or condom or spermicide or w/e)
the pop is probably just an air pocket created by the penis and vagina. upon exiting...
like if u puff your cheek then flick your finger on the inside of it to create that pop sound. was working in prob the same way.. though with lack of detail its hard to say.
