I am surprised that this matter has not been answered before now--six weeks later.

Spontaneous erections are an inconvenience every boy must endure for several years. They seem to come and go having a will of their own, although in reality, they result from a variety of sensual inputs like seeing a provocative image or ad or window display, hearing something suggestive, smelling something, thinking about something erotic; and yes, even holding hands.

You really cannot stop spontaneous erections; however, you can learn to live with and hide them. If you wear briefs, orient your penis so that it is always pointed upward toward your belly button. Doing so will give it room to expand when it wants to. By placing it direcly under the fly or your trousers, you will let the material and folds hide or obscure the bulge in your pants. If it isn't directly under your fly when it decides to grow, you can discreetly reposition it by inserting a hand in a front pocket and moving things around.

While spontaneous erections are and will be a fact of daily living for several years, they are more an inconvenience than the (possible) ruination of "everything". Erections can be embarrassing when they appear at inopportune times; however,
contrary to popular belief, they are not always detected by girls. And, what if they are?? So what, it can be a turn on for them if they happen to notice a bulge and to know they are the cause of your arousal! So, don't get all negative about this and rather go with the flow--you might be glad you did~!
