Short answer: I have never noticed any difference among condoms in me.
Perhaps things just are in the right position that whatever is done to the tip rubs directly on the G-Spot or it causes just the amount of friction to move he

I can imagine that this extra room provides for extra pleasure, also for her. When we make love without a condom, I can usually feel his skin moving, like a soft coat on the hardness. That feeling is very pleasurable, but mostly lost with condoms. It depends on which one, though. The tricky part is that it shouldn't be "roomy" all over, so those with extra room at the tip; a very good thing! :)
