I frequently remark that sex is not what we do to each other, it is what we do with and for each other--in partnership.
As for how to use those muscles, explore and learn together. Try a variety different things and see how the two of you react to different lengths of time you squeeze, when to squeeze, etc. Sex play in not by the numbers--do A, B, & C, and Z will result. Learn to explore, be flexible in what and when you do this, that, or, the other, and ask for feedback from you partner as to how s/he is responding and for what they want now/next. Variety is the spice of life. Another way of saying this is: make it up as you go along. -doc |

A "trick" many men men will appreciate is totally dependent upon a well developed pc muscle: Sit on top with him inside you and, without moving any other muscles, bring him off by seemingly drawing him up into you, slowly and rhythmically. Do not worry if you tire out; simply lean forward with your hands on his chest or the mattress and start a rocking motion.

Either try it or forget it. You are going to the extent of practicing and strengthening the pc muscle. Good for you. Now, you can use it, in small does as you build up, or you can let it go to waste. At the very least, you are in better shape, at least in one part, then you were before.
Do it or do not do it. Keep your excuses to yourself.
