Male ejaculate is mainly protein which will always taste salty no matter what anyone does.
Female ejaculate is mainly carbohydrates which will always taste sweet no matter what anyone does.
It is just how our bodies are and you might as well accept it because to fight/debate/argue about it is just like arguing with gravity.

Things that are highly likely to affect the composition of ejaculate in my personal experience:

How recently he last ejaculated.
His hydration level.
How long he's held back an orgasm.

Those things are likely to affect the strength of the taste, but like Brandye said, not the general flavor.

I wonder how many people who insist that certain foods and drinks change the taste take into account whether or not those are diuretics or likely to make someone drink more or less while eating them. There is a reason why *controlled* studies are done and simple anecdotal evidence, while it may apply to the one person, is not accepted as a general method.


Finally, for those who come upon this thread -
