Having a hard time with cowgirl position

Whenever I try that position, my legs get tired easily or the bed bounces too much. I know my boyfriend wants to do that position more often 'cause he's always doing the work. I wish I could do more of the work, but that position seems to be hard. Can someone give me tips? Or tell me any other positions where the woman can do?

Why not spoon? That way, hardly anyone does any work.

With female superior positions, you do not sit on it and bounce. That would wear out a gymnasts legs. You can lean over and place your hands on his torso or the mattress and rock back and forth, This brings your key points into better contact and greatly reduces the required effort. The slow rocking will not bounce the bed.

Have you looked at the illustrated animated sexual positions section off the Home page? Go have a look and pay attention to the actions of each, then duplicate what the characters are doing.

It is far far better to slide up and down or back and forth along his torso than bouncing. Bouncing can be potentially dangerous if your partner happens to come out!

In addition to stroking you can grind your pieces-parts against his pubic mound for more personal attention whenever you need to.

Tra la la - sorry I'm late - traffic!

You use your knees as fulcrums and you move up and forward then down and back using the bed springs to build and sustain the motion. You can change the angle by leaning more forward or by sitting more upright to get diferent effects.

You can also just sit there and scrub your pelvis back and forth.

Ormix itup whileriding for more and more orgasms!

Too many people seem to feel that you put you feet flat onto the bed and 'bounce' straight up and down- WRONG! DO NOT DO THIS!

Understand?

Alternatively, you can sit upright in the correct position for yourself with your knees on a pillow on each side of him so you're higher up. He can then thrust upwards. If you're leaning forward so you're face to face, he should be angled right towards your pf and he should be able to both slide in and out smoothly or do very fast and short thrusts right on the spot.

Note: This might be difficult for the man at first due to some of the small balance muscles being used in a new way, but after a little practice it doesn't take much effort at all and provides pretty intense stimulation for her.

Unfortunately if he thrusts up without bracing his feet against a footboard he's risking getting a hernia and having to have an op. Sooo, not highly recommended.

Yes, this happened to one of my lovers. So now I demand they just lie there and let me do all that is requied. Besides, if he moves it throws off my rhythm.

I find that the cowgirl is one of the more difficult positions for me as well, but both me and my b/f enjoy this position so I have made some adjustments in my positioning when I do the cowgirl. I straddle him like you normally would, but then I bring my right leg up and balance on my right foot while my left leg is still in the straddle position.....this allows me to maneuver better (plus my window sill is right there for me to hold on to so I can have something to balance on). I then can move up and down or back and forth....it feels so much better. I also LOVE the Reverse Cowgirl.....I find that position easier than regular Cowgirl. I hoped this helped a little
