Hello,

A few months ago I started to practice anal stimulation but for some reason I find it very difficult. It seems that I can't find the right spot nor the right position for insertion. In two occasions I founded my spot and it felt great... and I want to feel that many times more. I have been looking for videos or something to instruct me. Maybe I can find it here. I tried with my girlfriend too but is something I would like to do it alone... it turns me on but I dont know what I am doing wrong...


Any thoughts?

Try reclining on your back with knees elevated and legs slightly spread. If you are of average build and not fat, you should be able to finger the outside of the anus as well as going inside and massaging your Prostate.

In two occasions I founded my spot and it felt great... and I want to feel that many times more.

The article should help a lot. The main key is to understand that the sensitive nerve endings in and around the anus really only turn on and become highly reactive when a person is highly aroused. Wait until you are very aroused before playing around there.
