Also what I found to be true is if I don't masterbate as much sometimes my load is bigger?
It varies how much I masterbate however there was a point where I don't think I did for about 6 weeks and during that time when I was with my girlfriend I was shooting a bigger load and lasting about twice as long before I did cum!! |

a natural way to do it is to almost orgasm and then stop and take a break, and you repeat this a few times before actual shooting your load. but this isn't garenteed to work and if it does results might be minimal. also there is a risk of getting "blue balls" but other than that i can't think of any health risk but Brandye is right drink water and eat healthy, if your body is in better condition it might make a little more than if you don't take care of yourself.

so i figure i would say that i tried what dancing doc suggested. i stopped masturbating for one week, and the next time i was with my girlfriend i shot a much larger load then normal and i shot it harder and farther than normal.
i also tried what weasel suggested, masturbating and stopping just before orgasm. i followed my usually routine of masturbating 4 times a day but didn't orgasm, the next day i shot a huge load when i masturbated again. |

I don't believe you have to hold off for an entire week, though. For most and maybe you, also, doing so can be a test of will and one often lost days earlier. I usually tell guys to hold off having a climax for 48 hours. Try this or one more day, if you find it necessary. |

I have noticed for me,
Easy ways -not masturbating as much.. maybe one every 4 days or so. -working out; lifting weights produces testosterone. -drinking water For supplements L-Arginine is great. Take at least 2 grams 15 min before sexual activity. Yohimbe works AWESOME. Take one dose an hour before sexual activity. Combine all of that together. Before a very special event of sexual activity, I take a dose of Yohimbe, than 45 min later I take 4 grams of L-Arginine. 15 min later we start having fun. Keep in mind, this is after a very rigorous workout with intense weight lifting to get my testosterone going. Drinking lots of water. Results guaranteed ![]() |

L-Arginine and Yohimbe do have some anecdotal support for increasing male libido. Yohimbe has been shown to increase semen output in dogs. Neither of these has any effect in single doses as described. Both require regular dosing rather than single doses.
Yohimbe has significant side-effects that most men do not want. Supplements are medicinal and have all the risks of similar medicines. You should really be working with a naturopath, homeopath or qualified herbalist when using these.
