girl on top

i had riding my boyfriend because i never feel like i'm doing it right and plus i get super tired.. my boyfriends favorite position was girl on top but when hes with me he never wants me on top or if i try it i'm not really diggin it. i dont know to grind back and forth or to bounce up and down!? any guys reading this that can give me tips?? i am open to ANYTHING. thanks.

My first tip is take a few more minutes to make sure you're thoughts are reflected in your email. That said, I think you'll find that back and forth should bring you a lot of pleasure. You're going to get tired if it's going on for too long or if you're doing it frantically. Put it this way, if it's not lasting any longer than normal when you're on top that's how hard he is working most of the time.

Maybe he doesn't want you on top because he knows you don't like it or you're self conscious about it. Ask him what he likes. Tell him you know that used to be his favorite position but he doesn't seem to like it when you do it. Ask him to walk you through what he likes. Who knows, you might both just find your favorite position!

well i'm insecure about my weight. even though he weighs more than me and is taller i've gained a few pounds. hes tall and skinny i'm about 5 inches shorter than him and have a little bit of thickness but i'm not fat. when i'm on top i feel like i'm super heavy.. also, i do enjoy grinding back and forth but for some reason i feel like i need to have that in and out feeling so i feel like i need to bounce which is way more tiring. i also feel like i'm not supposed to lean forward. when i get tired i try to not breath too heavy because it feels like it may be unsexy!? i just don't have much experience.. a lot of it doesn't feel like i'm doing it right. But yea i guess i just need to talk to him about it to be more comfortable and figure out what he likes.. =)

Well, the women I've been with (not a long list) seem to like the back and forth, I prefer up and down. Have you tried reverse cowgirl? You may like that better, and your back and forth motion will be more in and out. In other words, less work for you but more of what you want and probably what he wants as well. Just a thought.

My late wife liked it on top the best, because that way she could do whatever she liked, however she liked, how fast or slow or deep or whatever--she liked being in charge and making it good for her the way she wanted. Later in our marriage she gained menopausal weight and outweighed me by about 20 pounds. That never affected anything about doing it that way. She was in good physical condition and had no trouble keeping going on top for a good half hour if she wanted to climax four or five times. My new wife is more passive, and usually wants me to do most of the work--even when I ask her to get on top, she ends up making me do the moving. But we're still making our way through the maze of sexual preferences and turn-ons (and turn-offs!), so I know there are many buttons we've yet to learn how to push. But because I was so used to girl on top with my late wife, I guess it's still my preference--I just have to ask for it now! And yes--reverse cowgirl is better than anything--great view (at least for the guy!) and the feelings are sensational.

I love WOT and in the beginning of my sexual realtionship, was the only way I could orgasm during intercourse with my partner. It does help to have confidence and the desire to work your body. Most guys that I know prefer a woman that's curvy and soft so don't let your body image prevent you from enjoying yourself.
Up and down movements are tiresome and won't give you the stimulation you need. The best way I can discribe effective female movements in this position is to compare it to a glider, you know that couch like peice of furniture on your grandparent's pourch. It glides forward and back, not raising up and down. This offers the best stimulation to you. While gliding back and forward I like to grind my pelvic bone against my husbands pubic bone. I'm usually able to orgasm after only a couple of minutes if there has been adaquate foreplay. It also helps allot to flank his hips with thick pillows on each side which elevates me slightly which you'd be so surprised how much more leverage your feet has when you they arn't flattened because your legs are bent. I didn't always use the pillows this way but now that I'm getting older and am getting arthritis in my hips and knees, I find that it really does help me last longer.

thanks so much for all the feedback! bouncing up and down definately is a workout lol i do prefer the "gliding" over it.. =) hopefully it works out for me! and i'm definately going to try the pillow thing!

Yep. Just do your thing and he will love it. I know that I absolutely love any position with the girl on top If you are really getting tired then just change positions.

I like in-out better, too. I don't have an answer except to work out on your thighs. I prefer him on top because it's a lot easier for him to do it right. As I said, just work out a little. I bet you're doing fine as it is.
