I have the exact same feelings. I've tried it once, and we did use alot of lubricant and time, it still hurt a little and felt like I had to go in the most unpleasant way. (Even though I'd gone before we started to have sex). It was all I could think about.

Neither of us really enjoyed it, so it worked out okay. Though when on the brink of orgasm, my boyfriend will apply light pressure with a finger and I swear the orgasm is ten times intense. Im not sure why.

Reading through the posts, I saw that this was asked a long while ago, but it was never really answered -- I'm thinking maybe by only ONE person -- but I can't be completely sure because 11 pages is a lot to read through.

But what is the best lubricant for anal sex? The other post said KY Jelly but it gets sticky, or something-glide, or Wet.

What do you guys recommend? And just because I'm not completely sure about this -- but I've never thried using it -- what exactly is Vaseline useful for? I swear I've heard it referenced to /something/ sexual.

(But my main question is still: what's the best kind?)

You can use any type of lube if you are not using a condom.

If you are using a condom then use a water soluable lube. Astroglide and similar products are good.

You can do a search of the Board and find out about other commercial products and products you may have around the house already.

If anal penetration caused hemmerhoids everyone who poops would have an endless supply of prep-h on hand. so many rumors and falsehoods, no wonder woman have such a phobia. I think if your lover is gentle, and you use plenty of lubricant, this can be pleasurable for both. I dont condone pressuring a lover to comply. please dont spread false information to others.

I've been wanting to try it, I've heard great things, but my guy seems off about it. I believe he said '**** stick' in reference to it. Does that really happen? Should an enima procede it? Lube helps a lot, u cannot have anal sex with no lube because the rectum isn't like the vagina, it doesn't create it's own supply of mucus really.

A question I have though, is that I've been messing around with anal stimulation w/ fingers and a few small objects, and I'm wondering would any lotion or something burn or cause irritation if used for anal penetration?? I've yet to try it because I would think it wouldn't feel right or something, I'm not sure.
