Yipes! I hope she didn't do that because of my advice. Personally, I would guess that happened more as a result of her gripping it to tightly, rather than because she was moving her hand quickly. It is also possible that she was not using enough lube. While some guys prefer it slower than others, I have never found quick strokes to actually cause pain, provided that I grip it gently and use plenty of lube.
