There is no trick to finding the perineum. It is simply the area between the bottom of the scrotum and the anus. The same name is used for the same place on a woman. Between the bottom of the vagina and the anus. For a man it is best massaged with firm but gentel pressure. Try finding it yourself when masturbating. Then you can show your g/f where it is.
