Ok so I am obviously LATE REACTION when it comes to this post and there was no way i was going to read 26 pages hahaha but I have a feeling this hasn't been said. My boyfriend has been masturbating since he was 5 and he does it at inhuman fast speeds...I can't go nearly as fast as he does haha. For me what works is lots of licking up and down the underside of the shaft, licking in circles around the entire shaft bottom to top and then back, licking around the corona-the outer edge of the glans,licking the phrenulum and most importantly having at least half of my penis inserted into my fellatrix's mouth. My special spot is at the bottom end of the frenulum right where the circumcision scar is. Perhaps your boyfriend has a special spot. Find out where he concentrates the stimulation when he masturbates. That is where you should concentrate most, but not all, of the stimulation when you give him a blow job.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the more aroused he is before and during the fellation the more likely he is to reach orgasm more quickly. Talk dirty, dress or not in the manner that he finds most exciting, move and squirm your body, act as if you are extremely turned on, moan alot, look at him adoringly while you are working on him. Stimulating his perineum and his scrotum might make it easier for him to reach orgasm or it might merely make his orgasm more intense. If he says he doesn't like something stop whatever it is immediately and never do it again.

If you cannot get him to climax from fellatio don't worry about it as long as he is not upset by it. Just use fellatio as foreplay.

It could actually have very little to do with what YOU are doing. It sounds like he is just too used to his own hand. He needs to start learning how to get off from sensations that he isn't used to, and as far as I know, that is only going to come from lots of "practice". Either just from you giving him lots of head and hand jobs, or him masturbating himself, but focusing on trying to reach orgasm WITHOUT doing what he normally does. Its something that will come in time, just keep doing what your doing, trying whatever new things you come up with, but don't stress yourself about it. He can't expect you to be able to do exactly what he does to himself, and honestly what would be the fun in that. Giving him head is about giving him something different and better than what he can do on his own. Its up to him to let go of the expectation of "this is how I need to feel before I can reach orgasm" and eventually get to the point where he can get off from something special that you do to him. I think its a fairly common thing for people, male and female, to get caught in a pattern where only a certain method gets them to the point of orgasm, and it just takes practice to learn or train yourself to get there by other means.
