Yes I have tried it with the special flavoured one worn by my partner. I enjoy without condom as it is the semen that actually turns me on. However if you concerned about STI/STD than be more aware of like having a wash or bath (both M/F) and also looking out for cuts, infections or other unusual things in and around the genital area.Rather don't do it and wait till everything is ok. Also stick to your regular partner. I am not sure that a condom is 100% deterrent but it could help.
