I find if I'm really relaxed after a long bath or a massage or even if I've had a drink I am much more likely NOT to gag, I'm sure too much drink isn't a good idea but just one and I think your muscles including those in your throat are willing to relax a little more.

Also, on foreskin moving and playing with the perineum, I think everything about a blowjob is completely down to the individual because of varying sensitivity; some guys I've been with loved that magical area below their balls but others it was just a dead end. I have heard that there are now lubricants that make a BJ more pleasant for the man and that also inhibit the gag reflex for the woman. Does anyone know about this? My wife can barely get the head of my penis in her mouth if it's hard and I need to have at least half of the shaft in her mouth. Just be aware an IUD does not protect against STD's or HIV. They work well.

There is a spot located(when facing the man's face) on the left side of the penis. Make your tongue very familiar with that spot.
