It might feel somewhat different, depending on what you mean. Once you've mastered having him in the back of your throat, his cumming back there won't be too much of a problem.

Most people gag if a load gets shot into the back of their mouths, but that is because the cum shot hits the areas reponsible for your gag reflex. If you've overcome that by taking him the back of your throat to begin with, the cum will just shoot down your esophagus - you won't even taste it (another good reason to learn to do it).

If you're doing it with your head lying back off the bed, the cum might drain back down your throat and try to drain into your sinuses, so you may want to try your initial attempt to allowing him to do it with you on your knees or over him in some fashion.

It's all in learning to relax the throat. Do it slowly to get the hang of it.I find it hard to realx my throat when he is in control...you be the one in control and it will work alot better.

Go to a sex shop or online and buy "deep throat gel" like from adameve.com it numbs your throat and relaxes the muscles...works great, they have it in mint and cinnamon

Massage your jaw muscles so they release; thus, it will decrease the pain.

Try and keep your facial muscles relaxed as possible. Also, feel free to switch to your hand for a bit if your jaw gets tired; most guys probably won't mind.
