You can also try with a bananna. Act as if you were going to bite it but just slowly take as much as you can down your throat. I've trained myself this way and I can take a large bananna at least 1/2 way down. Hope this helps.

I have found that my gag reflex has lessenned considerably with experience, but I can't say what exactly has caused that to happen. I think the trick is basically to relax as much as possible.

Well, I'm lucky because I don't have much of a gag reflex and I enjoy deep throating, but I think it still takes a lot of practice. You can buy a cheap penis shaped vibrator from most sex shops, those are good to practice on, just practice relaxing your throat muscles and learn how to pace your breathing. I think that it is very much possible. I have tried a few times myself and I know what you mean about the gagging. It frusterates me at times but all you have to do is practice.

About 2 yrs ago I got the deep throat thing down. Heres my trick....I take it down the side of throat. Obviously not over my teeth but slightly to the side and I find that is soooo much easier than straight down.
And it seems to work like a charm!!
