Thanks for the clarification. I did understand what you wanted to know by reading the search string; however, it is helpful for those who only read the text of posts to have a complete thought.

There are no pills, potions, or, pumps that will enlarge a penis for very long. Actually, pumps are known to damage a penis, so I wouldn't tempt fate by using one.

There is nothing that I know of that can be done about changing the shape of a penis. The glans of a circumcised penis tend to be more bulbous or mushroom shaped while those covered by a foreskin tend to be more sloped from tip to stern {corona rim), although, any length and thickness are possible. I guess it all comes down to genes. As for tilt, some angle upward from the base, extend straight out, or, tilt downward. Others have a slight upward bend midway along the shaft, sway to the left or right, etc. All seem to operate just fine.
