The distance is about an inch or one-two knuckles on your Index finger.
You will find it very easily along the front wall of the vagina. It will feel like a small circle with rough washboard like rippled skin. Use your finger. A penis often has the wrong angle, not the required constant ongoing contact, and can be hit and miss and this is not all that good compared to what a dexterious finger is capable of.
