As with the other links mentioned, the Home page link is near the top of the main screen in the SHORTCUTS menu bar. The section on positions can be found on the left side of that screen.

Go find, read, and then do the sticky post entitled The Program and work on smoothly moving from one stage to the other as you work your way down the list ALWAYS being guided by HER reactions. Takes about an hour to do.
