Low impact sex positions, any ideas?

First, HI EVERYONE! This is my first real post on these forums, and I hate to be presumptious to ask before adding, so I ask your indulgence.

My lover is older than me, and used to be a hardcore swimmer, as a result, her lower body(hips, legs, knees, and et cetra) are kind of weak, and we've had to stop while in the mix because something was hurting.

My goal is to take the pain out for her, mostly because I don't intend to hurt her like that. It takes me a long time to finish, and we're both concerned because when we have to stop to relieve the stress, my stamina is more a curse than a gift.

While I'm all for spooning, I really want to find some new ways to make love, and remove causing her joint pain from the equation.
Any of the veterans care to help a greenhorn out?

Of the hard core sports, swimming is about the least stressful for long term damage to the body. This does not make sense. She may have some joint weakness that is not related to swimming.

A position that is very easy on the woman (and among my favorites with men) is for her to drape her legs over the man's hips whilst he is laying crosswise. Very low stress for either party and each has complete access to the key points on both bodies.

Things to try that relieve pressure:

Her bent over the side of the bed(tall bed)

Her bent over the side of a couch, legs dangling

Her with her back on a couch with a low arm, and her hips raised on the arm(this one also allows a good angle for G stimulation and you don't have to hold her up by the legs). You're standing.

What Brandye said

Her sitting in your lap facing you with her knees bent. This allows for deep penetration grinding along her posterior fornix and clitoris at the same time.

A sex swing

A foam wedge - I've had great results with the Liberator Ramp during sex marathons since I have a bad neck and knees. It helps her with rear entry because the wedge holds the weight of the upper body, not the hands/elbows and knees/lower back. It also helps her with female superior because it raises both of us up so that her knees aren't bent as much(think infielder stance vs catcher).
