well my girlfriend is still a virgin. she says she has tried before but she's kinda still short and small and therefore also has a small downstairs. we have messed around before but she it hurts her when i even try to put more than 2 fingers in her. so sex is just pretty much outta the question right now because its just so painful for her. what can i do to make it easier for her and so she doesn't feel as much pain?

There are a lot of things to learn about and understand. I recommend looking at the Index found at the top of the main screen. It lists many articles that are full of helpful information and how-to knowledge as well. Both of you should read all or most of these articles to increase your general knowledge.

Two fingers is not always possible and certainly not with most virgins with or without a Hymen. Do you know if she has a Hymen and whether or not it is (partially) intact? If you want to try using two, then work up to it over time and only after she is very comfortable with one.

Next, your finger should be well lubricated. Begin with lots of saliva. Just because she is wet does not mean that the vaginal opening is completely moist. Do not even try to insert a finger or a dildo or a penis if she is not moist.

Next, if the Hymen is intact you should attempt to slide a finger {1) alongside of it and the wall using pressure. Do not poke, prod, or, jab at the membrane.

So, learn what you can about the state of her Hymen, then take note of what I said and begin reading the articles together or individually.

It also sounds like she is apprehensive because of her prior attempts. I don't know that her height and size have to do with anything, I was short and small myself. I know that at high school graduation I was 5 foot / 99 pounds and I had lost my virginity almost 4 years prior to that.
Keep her mind occupied, tell her how good she feels and give lots of kisses, get her involved, have her hands explore your body. Doc is right you have to make sure she is wet. She needs to trust you, so if it starts to hurt, switch to a different position. Take your time, relax.
