I think you should just reinforce it. If you truly want to avoid it, my suggestion would be to find out what stimulation or combo causes it and avoid it. Have you told him you're a squirter? My guess is, 1-where it goes or how much there is won't bother him, and 2-he'll absolutely love it that you're a squirter and work hard to make you do so.
